Thank you so much for your comment! If you can’t find Frank’s, try looking for a hot sauce with similar ingredients (peppers, vinegar, salt etc) to the Original Frank’s. It might not taste exactly like the classic buffalo flavour you remember but it is a good place to start. PS I think I would trade some buffalo sauce to live in New Zealand! Such a gorgeous country! This looks so amazing. I love every element from the chickpeas to the ranch to the fact that it’s on SALAD and not chicken! I reaaaally hope that I can find some Frank’s here in New Zealand. I miss it SO much since I moved from Canada 3 months ago. Or else I guess it’s time to do some hot-sauce testing. I will definitely be trying this recipe out!!
