I went through a similar thing not too long ago. I wasn’t happy and didn’t know what would make me happy. Yoga made a huge difference. Taking that time to get inside of myself. To forget about the outside world completely; breathing in what needed and letting go of what I didn’t It sounds so theoretical but its REAL. I hope yoga helps you find your happiness too :)

I am a list-writer and an avid shower singer. When I’m down, I acknowledge it and try not to judge it-I let it happen and then I find a friend to laugh with. Laughter is the best medicine, oh and cats with hats. I think doing things big or small that bring joy to your life is incredibly important! Well done Jess on taking charge of your happiness!
