Mark was a gentleman about the loss but I could tell he was feeling a little bit smug about it. Hahaha! Adding edamame adds a lot of protein and makes a greater yield which is great especially in places of the world where avocados are expensive (I have been told England!). Thanks so much for the comment and support! I just checked out your site as well and have some cherries in the fridge. Time to make your cherry salad
